Your realtors must love you That property doesn't collect enough rent to overcome your variable expenses or be worth your time and the headaches

I give possible lead disclosures. If someone started talking to me about some ridiculous lead remediation I wouldn't even deal with them. Of course some states may be sticklers about it

Midwest best generally GRM's. Some of those states are actually growing. Hint : not Ohio. If you want appreciation with you cash flow that's going to take a more skillful analysis or lucky guess

Tool rental places now sometimes carry industrial ozone systems, I've never used one. But rent, don't buy. I had a dog urine infested rehab and ended up covering the concrete slab in pine-sol, Clorox , Ajax, and vinegar then letting it dry before washing it up. It worked the first try and I didn't have to touch the walls or ceiling. Of course the carpet and padding were toast.

So I decided to bite the bullet and get an Oregon agents license so I can let myself into properties, write offers, and sell a couple of my houses. Can anyone recommend a good online school that is certified for Oregon preferably based here in Portland? The only reviews I found locally were for Proschools and those reviews were pretty bad.

Thanks

No need to spend 1500 to set up a simple llc. $250 an hour for RE Lawyer is in the typical range.
