Go with Zillow and FB Marketplace. I would AVOID Craigslist at all costs. I am currently fighting a fraudulent Craigslist rental property post. It seems like nothing but a website for scammers.

Hello BP! We've recently acquired our first STR and have hired a local PM company. It's not working out and we are evaluating some new options. We interviewed Evolve as a resource and it is intriguing. Has anyone worked with them? Good experience? Thanks!

Can you use a 1031 exchange for new construction? or does it have to be a like-kind property? I would like to sell a rental property and use it to build an apartment complex.
