I think is GREAT that you have decided to pursue your goal. You are correct. You CAN do anything you put your mind to. Real Estate can be a very lucrative business for those who are willing to do what it takes to make it happen. I would suggest you join a couple of Meetup groups and surround yourself with like minded individuals. Here is one that I would suggest you look into.  NJREIA  You can learn a lot. There is going to be a free meeting next week if you can attend. You will be able to meet buyers and wholesalers at this meeting and future meetings. Wishing you all the success you desire.

Welcome Miguel. Looks like we are neighbors. If you haven't already I would suggest joining a couple of meetups in the areas you are interested in doing business in. Here are two I got started with NJRESN and NJEIA. Both are great groups of investors to build relationships with and to learn from. Hope to see you at one of the upcoming meetings.

I am a new investor in Edgewater NJ. My Name is  Brickell. I am interested in wholesaling properties in Hudson and Bergen county, and in using Seller Financing strategies to acquire properties. Does anyone know of any excellent Real Estate Brokers in these areas? I am also looking for a great attorney and title company.
