NJ Newbie to REI

[Miguel Rosario]

Hello All,

My names Miguel Rosario from Weehawken, NJ, I am 28 years old and currently an operations manager for a 3rd party logistics provider. I am looking to dive into real estate within the next 12-16 months, my current plan is to begin with a multi-family home and eventually dig into commercial real estate.
