I've been through the process of getting cash credit line funding.  It's worked out great for us!  Between my wife and I we qualified for over $300k at 0% for 12- 24 months via several credit lines.  The cash was accessible when we needed it for our projects.  You may want to check out 10BillionCash.com as a starting point if you're interested in learning more.

My smartphone has become my office.  There are a ton of apps that can be used for real estate investing and property rehabbing.  I have my favorites from Google such as Maps, Drive, Sheets, and Docs (can you tell I'm an Android user?).  And I also have my top picks from other providers such as DocuSign, Cloud Print, Handyman Calculator, Evernote, all 4 of IFTTT's apps, and HandyConverter.

Apps are constantly evolving and improving, and new apps are always being offered...  What are you favorite apps and how do they make your RE investing easier?
