Currently doing a flip in a great school district. House currently has 2 beds 1 1/2 bath, but 2nd bedroom is very small..is it worth considering adding a 3rd bedroom?
Priscilla Z. It's just more efficient (in my mind) for the tenant to visit one website and be able to make payments, see updates, news, etc. A lot of larger apartment complexes collect rent within their own websites but I'm assuming they hire a developer to initiate this. I have yet to find a good API or payment software that can be implemented into a basic website. I understand u can put the link of other rent collection company's into your own website buts it's just no fluid enough for my liking.
Is there a good rental/tenant payment software to accept online payments through your own website? Looking for an efficient way to collect rent....some of the bigger companies have their own online portal, etc.
