Post: Wire railing systems (ie raileasy) or something else?

Hello fellow members,

Does anyone have any experiences they would like to share on wire railing systems? I am rehabbing a Tri Level and from the dining nook to the lower family room is an area that will need a railing system of some sort.  It is an "L" shaped railing of 104" and 52" by 36" high. The wire railing systems are appealing to me because it would allow for the open floor plan feel to be continued.

The railing that is to be replaced is shown in the photo and the wall to the right of the photo is removed replaced by a 1/2 wall into the kitchen for the "open" feel.

Thank you for any feed back and if you have different ideas please share!

@Greg F.

Thanks.

What a great topic.  Have you fund any other discussions under different threads?  I would enjoy reading them if so.

My DM campaign has produced 5 contacts (a number from friends who have gotten my info) and no real leads.  I have been hand writing to a specific subdivision and need to refine my approach.  I had done a similar campaign to a condo association and that led to 2 possible sales but they were RE agents contacting me.

Please keep me in the loop if you hear more or know of other threads that answered your questions.

Thanks,

@Michael Westberry

Thanks for posting your criteria.  That is insightful.  How is your confidence when discussing the purchases of prospective homes?

Corey,

I know it is an old post but I wanted to let you know I fatigued quickly with my first attempt to send out letters. 100-200 maybe?  I am know looking to contract it out with the correct type of list and plan.
