@Scott Hensley, thanks for your reply.  Each day I’m trying to learn something about real estate investment and how to move towards my goal of being financially free.  Once I close on both houses I’ll be sure to keep everyone updated on the progress.

Thanks

Brian

Hi everyone, my name is Brian. I wanted to introduce myself to the community as a new member and new investor. I’m active duty military stationed in Virginia but looking to invest in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. I own two rental houses that I bought during my military assignments. They both cash flow but I’m looking to transition into fix and flip real estate investment. I’ve been following the BP blogs and podcasts for a few months now as well as reading and listening to the books recommended on the podcasts. They’ve really provided some good information and lessons learned before I even got started investing. The prices in Virginia are too high for my budget so I’m investing in Ohio. I’m there twice a month to visit my daughter so it’s easy for me to check on my project statuses. I’ve been building my team now for a couple months and I just came under contract on two houses that I plan to fix and flip. Thanks for all your insight and help so far. I’ll be staying tuned for continued advice. Brian
