Thanks for the reply Carlos, I searched the MLS and the best image shown was a front elevation. Sometimes they showed shots of the duplex complete (interior photos) but no floor plans where shown. I searched back to 2007 with no luck. I think my next step will just be to contact a design firm.

I am looking for a duplex designs. Does anyone have any on hand I could view or could point me in the right direction. Also any ideas on how to maximize profit and build efficiency within the design would be appreciated. 

I have extensive knowledge in the construction field, just not experience putting together a duplex spec.
