Greetings everyone.  I'm a new member from Cincinnati, Ohio.  I've been lurking for a short time and decided to join.  I heard about BP from the Mister Money Mustache forums and have been listening to the podcasts while working on my new property.

I'm a new-ish invester. I currently have 2 SFH rentals, having just purchased my second one last month and am currently renovating it. I've had the other rental for over 10 years. My short term plan is focus on buy and hold until I have replaced my I.T. income. Once this property is rented, I will be FI(barely). I will probably keep working for another year or two to get the seed money(and financing options, as necessary) to fund my next few projects.

My goal is to have around 5 properties before I branch off into other investments such as note buying and multis.  Depending on various factors, I should be able to purchase 2 more properties by next June(2017).  My newest purchase and my personal residence are 100% equity.  My first rental is about 70% equity.  I look forward to interacting with everyone and learning and contributing as I can.

Once I quit my full time job, I plan on doing this nearly full time.  I'm thinking I might snowbird it in the south during the winter and maybe take a 3 month project while I'm at it.  That will help provide new money to fund the next year's deals.  I have to get past this one first, so we'll see.
