I am looking to purchase my first short term rental home.  I have accessed Airdna, but the property address is not coming up.  How would I start the process of evaluating a luxury property without the help of Airdna?  Help!

I have noticed to a bout 2 weeks that the rent Estimator is not pulling up individual address information like it always has.  If I put the address in, most time it is giving me the area in general (Maybe the zip), but not the specifics I need.  Can some tell me if Bigger Pockets have changed something permanently or if this is a glitch that is being worked on?   This is not getting the job done for me.

I want to use PROLEADS to further my Investing, but I am investing in out of State properties. How would I use the new PROLEADS tool when I am not in town?

Ok, That is what I figured out, but I thought that I would ask the question.

Can I access the calculators on the APP?

I want to not only buy some properties, I want to feel like I can be in a position to sell my Insurance business in 5 years.

I have $300k in primary home Equity, Should I cash out and hold, or start looking to invest now?
