The Rent Estimator is not working the same

I have noticed to a bout 2 weeks that the rent Estimator is not pulling up individual address information like it always has.  If I put the address in, most time it is giving me the area in general (Maybe the zip), but not the specifics I need.  Can some tell me if Bigger Pockets have changed something permanently or if this is a glitch that is being worked on?   This is not getting the job done for me.
