@Arn Cenedella Will do. Thanks.

@Casey Crowe wow.

That certainly is eye opening. Thanks for offering that tidbit.

@Casey Crowe Thanks.

Shouldn’t be more than a non resident state tax return.

Thanks for the perspective.

@John Underwood Thanks. Will PM you.

@David Hanor Thanks for the feedback!

Sounds like some driving for dollars in my future.

I would love to connect with realtors and real estate investors that have experience with certain neighborhoods or neighbor cities near Greenville, SC

I am looking to eventually add a satelling office for my day job in Greenville and have been investigating the area for a few months. It is unclear to me what area is good, what is bad, and what is up and coming.

I would love to connect with realtors and real estate investors that have experience with certain neighborhoods or neighbor cities near Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC.

I live in Charlotte and it looks like Belmont and Mount Holly are poised to grow over the next 5-10 years.  Please correct me if you see otherwise.

I am a newbie real estate investor going through the 30 day quickstart material from Bigger Pockets.

It calls for us to reach out to make connections with local realtors. So, here I am.

I would love to setup a 15 minute gotomeeting to "talk shop" about our local market in here Charlotte.

Happy to recipriocate the time by buying you coffee sometime OR even give free tech advice. ( I own a it security services firm)

Brian | Charlotte.

THANKS

Thanks @Neil Henderson.  There is zero growth in the area.

Your answers were very informative.  I will use this as an exercise in what to look for in the future.

It was still enjoyable to analyze the deal and discuss.  Thanks for your time.
