@Austin Johnston Try Re/Max Haven Property Management. I have 14 doors in the Cleveland area and after trying 2 other PM’s, they have been great. Shoot me a DM and I can send you a contact there.

@Pamela Ransone After trying 3 different property managers over the past 3 years to manage 10+ doors in the Cleveland area, I use ReMax Haven Property Management.  They have been great.  Very responsive.  DM me and I can give you a good contact.

@Diana Costta I should have said the assessed value increased 30%.  Therefore, I will be expecting a significantly higher tax bill.  Not sure how much yet, though.

@Bob E. Sorry to hear about your troubles, Bob.  I have 7 properties in the Cleveland area/surroundings.  I have had 3 PM's.  The first two I had to ditch as their service was poor.  My current PM is, hands-down, the best.  Contact Re/Max Haven and ask for the owner, David Terbeek.  Tell him Brian M. from Phoenix referred you.  They will take good care of you.

Looking to gain some insight from those with experience.  If you have the cash for property acquisition, what is the best advice for how to get started in the out-of-state/remote fix/flip world?  Is it looking for the right agent in the area of focus who can identify properties and connect you with contractors?

@Michael Gieseke

Hi Michael - No, I am looking to buy a cabin unit in a resort/hotel in Arizona.  The units are individually owned but run together like a resort.
