Hello...im looking for a firm to help me with upcomig 1031 exchange.

Looking to buy (seller finance) ...or do lease purchase..... then swap it in a 1031 exchange after selling another property.

Its my understanding that a lease purchase may work better for a 1031 exchange.

Can use advise on how to structure lease purchase so as to enable it to be reciepient of later 1031 exchange.
