I recently came across a vacant home that was also condemned. The property looked beautiful inside with no obvious damage. Through a little research I found the owners name and found out the property was condemned because of a fire. How should I go about contacting the owner? Should I flat out ask if he wants to sell the house? Thanks for the help.
I am new to investing and want to start talking with lenders in my area. I plan on doing buy and hold properties. What questions should I ask? What should I say/ not say? Thanks for the help.

Thank you Nathan I will.

Hello everyone. My name is Brian and I am new to investing.  I am learning as much as I can, meeting new people and looking for my first rental property. I live in Amery, WI but my 9-5 job brings me into the St. Paul/Minneapolis area everyday.
