Found the owner of a vacant home. Whats next?
I recently came across a vacant home that was also condemned. The property looked beautiful inside with no obvious damage. Through a little research I found the owners name and found out the property was condemned because of a fire.
How should I go about contacting the owner? Should I flat out ask if he wants to sell the house?
Thanks for the help.
