im also interested in this market as well. it does seem that it makes more sense for me to look at San Antonio and Killeen for a cash flow perspective.

@Eva Croasdale i looking for off-market investments myself. I heard about traveling across the pond to Bremerton because housing is 1/3 of the costs from the Seattle area.

@Bob Malecki I am currently looking in the Kitsap area for good deals. where is your quadplex located? do you see the Kitsap market increasing from Seattle or should I get something in Pierce County. I am going to do a HELOC to fund my investment property.
