Please give us an update and please tell me you won the award of attorney fees. Not that you'd be able to collect from a defendant fraudster in Portugal...

It's too bad Clayton will lose on a motion to dismiss or motion for summary judgment because I would fly out to personally testify as a victim of Clayton Morris' fraud in a trial. It will never reach trial - he will be crushed and his lawyers are fools for filing the frivolous case.

I am outraged that Clayton Morris is still advertising his website with Google AdWords and scamming more and more people. The wheels of justice turn slowly but he will meet Lady Justice soon.

I know another turnkey investment “guru” who talked like this. He has since fled the country after multiple allegations of fraud.

HE HAS NOT FLED THE COUNTRY. He is on an extended tour of Portugal and the rest of Europe to allow his children to better appreciate Continental cuisine and art.

LOL!! That's right, he did not flee the country to evade judgment creditors.  He is on a "soul journey."

I’m sorry Charles. I think they all deserve justice, and justice will find them. May you ultimately find peace and happiness despite being a fellow victim.

@brian freeman I'm glad you were able to unload your MI property but that's really just kicking the can down the road for some other investor to deal with. I've had a lot of MI's victims ask me to help them find an investor to buy them and as much as I wanted to help them, I didn't want to put someone else in the same position.

The big difference is that the buyer knew what they were getting when they bought it from me. And they bought it for a fraction of the price I paid.

@Ola Dantis At the time of my investing with Clayton Morris, it was our entire life savings for my wife and I.  Thankfully my law practice has been successful and we have recovered from the hard hit of our horrible investment.

Looking at this from a "glass half full" perspective, I have learned a lot about real estate investing through this pain and I have also learned that the tax code is forgiving when you lose.

Also the New York Times and USA Today have run their pieces.  Still not enough press to drown out the continuing sales tactics of Clayton.  Look at all the Youtube videos he has put out in the last two weeks!
