The other offers are very relevant IMO and obviously (or not) I will make the offer I am comfortable with at the end of the day. But if I am at 100k for my best offer, the other investors are in the 80's and he tells me he will take 90, then I just saved or made myself 10k, so finding out his number is very beneficial. Also, maybe I am $1,000 off and instead of making 40k on the flip I would be making 38k by going slightly higher than his best offer..I am still doing the deal at that price..its seems like being the last guy in is the best scenario but it would be in my best interest to know what cards he is holding (sorry for the poker reference)

Hey guys, I have a probate lead where the seller said he already has offers from multiple investors. He would not give an indication on price from our initial conversation and said to bring highest and best. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to get him to spill the beans on what he has. He said he is not in a hurry to sign anything because he cannot close until mid march. I was thinking of asking him for a price that he would sign off on regardless of other offers but would like some suggestions on a way to flush it out of him. Im sure he has a number he would accept today. Thoughts/suggestions? Thx.

I was planning on locating a list of high income households in my state with an interest in investing. I believe there are list providers that can get me this type of information. I guess I am really just looking for some reputable list providers if anyone knows of any. I would like to send people to a website where I provide them with as much information as possible so they can understand the investment in hopes of starting a conversation.

I am looking to send a very basic message to someone with a postcard, like "Earn 10% with your principal secured"...go to [my web site]

Then the site will have a video and an in depth explanation of the investment. This would be similar to the information you would provide someone at a luncheon. Now they have an idea of the investment and they can leave their information so now you can setup a meeting to further discuss the opportunity in detail, explain some deals you have in the pipeline, etc...

I am just looking to see if someone has a website similar to this that I could be directed towards or if there is someone selling a product like this...I am not really wondering if it will work...I am more interested in testing it myself

any suggestions on sites or courses or products would be greatly appreciated...also, appreciate the response

I am looking for a website template that I can send potential private lenders to. I have mailed some letters and postcards but I believe it would be much more effective to send them to a website with information, a video, and a downloadable PDF. Does anyone know of a product like this? I know Chris Yates had referred to something like this but have not been able to locate it. Any help would be much appreciated...I am racking my brain to find private lenders outside my circle..( I know everyone is going to tell me to find people I know but this is not the advice I am seeking :) any help would be greatly appreciated
