There are ways you can get into a deal with no money down. 

• Joint Venture with an experienced investor
• Make yourself valuable ( bring something to the table other than money)
• Owner Financing deals
• Wholesale homes.

I recommend reading the NO Money Down book on Bigger Pockets, ( No plugging intended ) great book for giving ideas on creative financing .

I am in need of a Real Estate Attorney with knowledge and experience handling Wholesaling contracts. I already did a Google search and have some hits, but I'd rather use a referral from someone in the BP community. I live in Woodbridge, but I'm willing to travel 30-45 minutes from here. I plan on downloading contracts from the FilePlace to start with. Any referrals or advice is welcomed! Thanks.
