Thanks Mark! I will check into this.

Very new to wholesale / flip. What method or sources are the best for finding these prior to being picked over by everyone else? I would love to go door knocking on preforeclosure homes, and are looking for access to these other than Zillow etc.

It appears that Zillow is a pretty good catch all for finding potential pre foreclosures and auction properties, filtering everything through to Auction.com and other foreclosure sites. With all of the multitude of properties out there, what is a good way to separate all of the options and find a needle in the haystack?

Very new to this and all help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the site and congratulations on making the change to become an RE Investor!

Any specific reason why you want to be a wholesaler? I understand as a salesman it only seems natural...  Just curious.

Also do you have an end goal? Does REI = retirement for you? Or just a change of work life and income?

Either way. BP can surely help you advance in all areas:)

Good luck!

 Thanks!

The end goal is to get to retirement with REI. The change is just a result of a loss of passion in the auto industry and a new direction for both my wife and I as we both share a mutual interest in REI.

Wholesale on the surface seems like an easier entry to get your feet wet, but, I'm sure investing and reselling would probably be my preference.

I am an owner of an auto dealership who is looking to transition from the auto business into REI. After 25 years in this business I am looking for a change. A lot of my wholesale and retail auto experience lends to some crossover in this business, but I am sure I have plenty to learn. Any help, contacts and suggestions are welcomed. My initial first avenues of interest are wholesale and flip.

Thanks

Brian
