My first property and I have a headache already 😫

I purchased a triplex about a month ago and I live in the first and inherited tenant on 2 and 3

The lease specificity says one off street car per floor.

I am the first to take blame here when tenant 3 complained about her back and her mom being old it’s a rental and they will get rid of it Thursday

Today is Thursday I call her about it and she basically said she gonna keep parking two cars in the back and for me to do what I gotta do

How should I handle this situation thanks

O and covid 19 does make the situation worse because of the eviction moratorium

It is a tiplex in new haven ct I would be living in the first floor.

Should I find a real estate lawyer to consult with and get leased done..

People give me ideas please.affordable ones thanks

I am currently getting a 2.775 interest rate under contract.but I am paying market value for the house..i am trying to negotiate a lower price due to what’s going on..

My question is if they don’t drop the price should I still move forward with the deal because I am getting a good interest rate?

What do you think the rates will be in time coming?

We’re do I look at the daily rate “they” put up?
