hey Alex thanks for the info. I've looked into some mentors but most want 20 to 30k which is basically all of my savings. Maybe I could look into some meet up groups in my area

My name is brett, I'm 29 years old veteran. So to be direct I've saved 30 grand and my goal is pretty much to have 5 properties or as many is necessary to create a monthly positive passive income of about 3k. I've been looking for a few months for a property to invest in but I'm pretty lost how to create successful passive positive income. Any advice would be greatly appreciated on how to get started. Also I own a home with 50k left on mortgage and valued at about 140k idk if that matters. Thank you for your time and consideration.
