Hello BP,

As the cold weather sets in my exterior construction work tends to slow down a bit.   I am looking to fill my schedule and wanted to see if anyone around the Philadelphia area could use any assistance on their rehab projects.  I can take a project from start to finish and have a good eye for detail.  Below is a general list of services.

- Carpentry (rough through finish)
- Drywall and Painting work
- Kitchen and bath remodel
- Roofing and siding
- Flooring
- Light electric and plumbing
- Project Management / Construction consultations

Just trying to keep busy in the winter and would like to meet some new clients in the area.  Service areas would be Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties but would be willing to travel further for the right project.   Licensed and insured with many trade contacts in the area. So if you have a need for any of these services let me know. Thanks for reading.  Bid work or day rate

I am a small general contractor in the area and would be glad to provide an estimate for any of your upcoming projects.  I mostly concentrate in the lower Bucks and CC Philadelphia area but would be willing to travel for the right project.

PM me if I can assist.

The Fairmount section of the city has a lot of development going on right now.  I have been doing construction work in the area for a while now.  Lots of new construction which I have been involved in and I'm sure there are many rehab opportunities in the area also.

There has to be a 3' X 3' area that is outside the window area in order to escape in case of an emergency.

Is this basement below grade? If so you might want to look into bilco doors. They are not to difficult to install for a professional.

As long as you have a window that has 5.7 sq. Ft. Of clear operable space it should not be a problem.  It also has to be 44" or less off the finished floor and have a way to get to grade level once you exit the window.  Meaning if the window is below grade and opens into a window well you will need a ladder to climb out of the window well.

This is done all the time in the city. Hope this helps.
