That's my game plan within the next year or so: plot of land and then add 3-5 Airbnb's right outside Joshua tree.

Additional Update: I've officially signed on board with the fastest growing real estate agency in the country : EXP Realty.

Update: I passed my tests! Now time to select a Brokerage in the Fort Collins area.

Hi, my name is Brett Barry and I just moved to Fort Collins, CO a few weeks ago. I previously had my real estate sales person license in MA and now I'm studying to retake the national exam (required) and Colorado State law exam. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good local brokerage for a newbie real estate agent in the Fort Collins area? I'll take any words of wisdom, thanks!
