Hi @Nerissa Marbury 

I haven't seen the leases and I'm not a lawyer, but I imagine that the lease your realtor wants to use is written in a way that protects you a little better leagally. The leases realtors have access to through programs like Zip Forms are usually updated regularly to comply with the current laws and regulations of the state in which they are being used. You should ask your realtor if this is the case, and if so, I would trust them and just use their lease. Good luck!

Thanks for the tip James Braggs I have never heard of asking that question. I will give it a try on the next one. Anthony Dominguez I do live in LA and invest out of state.
