I am brand new to the site and still feeling my way around. I don't want to violate any of the rules - written and unwritten - so I would appreciate some advise.

What is the protocol for asking for a specific type of contact? For instance, if I was looking for a commercial broker in Southern California, what is the appropriate way to do that? Or is this site not the place for that?

Could I post the question and request responders to message me directly instead of replying to the post?

Any clarity would be great appreciated!

Is the AL living business a healthcare operator? If so, I would look into their qualifications - What is their background? What other facilities do they manage?

Is this a private pay facility or is there Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements? Is the operator licensed?

It has been my experience that the performance of these types of properties is heavily affected by the healthcare operator running the day to day functions. If they have a proven track record (10+ years of experience) and manage several properties without significant problems, I would seriously consider it.

Once you identify other properties they manage, you can do some due diligence here:

There is another option that I don't think I saw posted here yet. Not sure if it would be a fit...
