Graduating from Santa Clara University in 2015, Houston obtained his salespersons license. With a family background in construction, working in the realm of real estate investing was a natural niche.

At the age of 21, Houston sold his first listing (which was over $2m). At the age of 25, he obtained his broker’s license, becoming the youngest real estate broker associate in the SF Bay Area.

In the fast-paced world of real estate investing, relationships are key - which is why Houston regularly collaborates on hosting events, workshops, and casual meetups as a platform for investors to connect, share their experiences, and learn from each other.

Starting with a felony, not a dime to his name, and credit card debt… J purchased several foreclosures and wholesale deals in the SF Bay, quit his 9-5 job, started an Airbnb subleasing business managed by a team in the Philippines, and 30 countries later… the rest is history! A big key was outsourcing and hiring other people, along with creating effective processes and procedures for daily work.
