Thanks to all that replied I will check out some of the resources you provided. As far as the meetups I've joined some in my area but haven't been able to go because of my work schedule maybe some of the books will help.

Hello All my name is Brelyn i am a newbie with the whole real estate/investing business and I have no idea where to start! I have been browsing the forum listening to podcast but I feel it's so much it's overwhelming. My ultimate goal is to flip a house and get a little money to pay off some bills and eventually get into real estate full time .I am 25 with fairly good credit and and just looking for a way to have money for the future without depending on a dead end job thanks any advice would help out greatly. I'm not looking for a handout just to get pointed in the right direction. Thanks have a great day!
