Wow @Tim Wang you got a huge reception going on here. Great stuff. I'll have to bookmark this page to get back to a few of the professionals here when I need help on our multifamily acquisitions in Texas this year.

I don't have any referrals in the space you're looking for but in general, when searching, you can also just punch in "YOUR CITY or AREA" plus "ATTORNEY" into the search window above and check out a few bios and people's past endorsements to zero in on someone that fits your ticket. The BP Plus or Pro level is well worth the fee and will give you way more general advertising, networking and search options to zero in on a micro level.

You might also give @Lane Kawaoka a nudge since he's the podcast king on your island ;-) I'm sure he can point you in the right direction.

I'm sure @Kim Lisa Taylor and @Jillian Sidoti will be able to help you out or point you in the right direction since they are very active bloggers and forum commenters in that space. You can also just punch in "SEC Attorney" into the search window and check out a few people's past endorsements to zero in on someone that fits your ticket.

Good question @Account Closed deal analyzer (SDA) which turned out to be a total game-changer for becoming a good syndicator and multifamily real estate investor. It has practically everything you need and more. It's totally worth it. I'd say it delivers the biggest bang for your buck in terms of a single paid real estate product or tool I have ever purchased. Hands down.

Good luck, have fun and PM me if you have any other detailed questions.

Best, Ken
