Hey @Darwin Crawford thanks for sharing. I'll hit u up on a PM. I'd appreciate receiving the contact information of both lenders you mentioned. @James McCreary and I are gearing up to do a 4-plex or better yet a 5-10-plex deal together ideally in North Tempe/South Scottsdale area.

@Jye O'Brien Good question. I’m reaching out to more and more foreign investors - being American/German myself and understanding the predicaments - to bridge the gap in this issue. Personally, I’m not into SFR due to the lack of scaling and scale of economy. But should you get interested in CREI such as multifamily or self-storage, the game rules become much more favorable, since lenders look at the asset and it’s performance, the syndicator’s funding power and partner quality to increase NOI rather than looking at the individual capital investors. Partner with a US CRE syndicator and feel free to PM me for more info on how to partner and what to look for. I’d be happy to move your search along and send you a link or two.

@Dustin P. YEP, and saturation is already leading to a steady but clear decline of nightly pricing. The amenities wars have begun.

Hi @Ashley White Campbell good to hear back from you.

Anyone in the BP forum can send you a colleague request. It doesn't necessarily mean they are my colleagues.

I'm ready for a call whenever you are available to schedule a time using my Calendly link so we can avoid the back and forth of finding a time.

Cheers, Ken

Hey Realtors,

We're interested in purchasing a FourPlex in the Greater-Phoenix area and looking for properties to purchase, plus a realtor that knows the Greater-Phoenix market.

You are:

  • Tech-savvy
  • Knowledgeable about working with investors
  • Knowledgeable about fourplexes and other small multifamily properties
  • Quick to respond to questions and hungry to help their clients.

Here's what we are looking for:

  • FourPlex
  • Value-Add or Move-In ready
  • C or B class area
  • We can discuss creative financing such as seller financing and lease option (you'll get your commission anyway).

Please comment below to trigger an email notification to me and connect with me here on Bigger Pockets so I can send you a link to schedule a call with me. Afterwards feel free to reach out to me via email as well. Please keep in mind that I won't see your email unless you contact me as described above first. Thanks.
