Welcome to the forums Kristen. Nice to see another person close to home. I started going to the CW REIA in November and would highly recommend going, lots of information and great people willing to help out and share knowledge. I haven't purchased any residential real estate yet but have some recreational and agricultural land. Hope to see you at the next REIA meeting!

Hello everyone,

I'm Brandon Urmanski, 24 years old, from the small town of Edgar, WI. I currently Dairy farm with my parents and plan to take over the business within the next 10 years(i'll be the 4th generation)!

I'm currently a student of Investing but plan on putting together some deals in 2017! I've been reading real estate books, blogs, podcasts and attended my first REIA meeting last month in Wausau, WI and will be attending my second tomorrow night!

Currently my plan is to look for rental properties to create a steady cash flow of passive income with the possibility to flip some properties depending on the situation. I'm primarily looking at using the BRRR strategy to accomplish this.
