Hey Everyone,

I need help determining what the property taxes are expected to be for potential properties. I have found each of the properties I am researching on the County Assessors web pages but I cannot manage to find how much the state charges in Property Tax for these locations.

Any Ideas?

Brandon

Hey Everyone!

How do you determine the property taxes on an income property? I have located the assessed value of the property I am looking at on the County Assessors page yet I cannot find the property tax value. AM i suppose to calculate that myself? If so what figures should I be using?

This is in Western MA

Thanks,

Brandon

Hey Everyone,

I've been listening to various BP Podcasts and reading a lot of forums about multi family and apartment complex investing but I know that you guys answering my questions will most likely lead me to my most accurate results.

I am a new investor seeking to get into commercial real estate. I have always been drawn toward multi family and apartment complex lots. I found a decent property in my area that I am interested in purchasing. I think its a good buy but I don't know what to look for in regards to what makes it a good buy or whether or not I'm walking into a building full of red flags.

This being said, what do you guys recommend I look for as strong assets  in the building and what red flags should I be watching out for? I know the building has already been de-leaded thus it would pass a lead test.

Thanks!

Brandon

Hey Everyone!

My name is Brandon Trafford and I am a new real estate investor surfacing from Central Massachusetts. I have been in the game in regards to research of real estate investments and development for about a year now. I am seeking to make my first deal on a commercial multi family property, but I know that I still have a lot to learn. I am seeking knowledge in regards to how to identify a good deal as well as knowledge about how to properly execute the transactions of the dealings/ the negotiation. I need to know what things to look for in a property that can lead to a gold mine and what warning signs I should watch out for.

I look forward to joining the community and meeting all of you here on Bigger Pockets.
