@Mercedes Williams what benefits are you looking to get out of adding a 1/2 bath and is it worth the cost?

Long Distance REI was very helpful for me too.

I'd also argue that mindset/non-RE books are beneficial as well. Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink, The One Thing by Gary Keller, and Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss are some of my favorites.

This is West Side Meet Up, a monthly virtual meet up for real estate investors in Hawaii and beyond hosted by Brandon Rabe and @Gilbert Coloma of WNN Properties.

This month, come hear from Stacey Johnson, a full time flipper on Oahu, as she shares how she is remaining active during a shifting market!

Stacey Johnson, a 26 year old flipper and wholesaler in Honolulu, Hawaii bought her first 2 houses at 22 years old while working 80hours/week in commercial construction in SoCal. Stacey moved back home in 2019 and quit her job to take the leap at flipping million dollar houses in Hawaii. Since then, she’s flipped 5 houses and completed 3 wholesales in Hawaii. Stacey documented her entire journey on social media and inspires other young entrepreneurs to take the leap!

In our Investor Spotlight segment, we’ll speak with Bleys, a local and out of state investor, about what he’s currently doing and what his plans are for the future while utilizing multiple strategies.

This meet up will take place at 7PM HST on Zoom on Wednesday, August 31, 2022! Password: WSMU Zoom Link

The agenda will include:

-introduction

-presentation/discussion

-Q and A

-break out rooms

-announcements

Hope to see you there!
