When searching for lenders, is it best to seek a lender that does not sell their loans to a 3rd party lender? Instead, should you find a lender that you can build a strong relationship with for future deals?

This is probably a frequently asked question, but what is the best way to practice analyzing deals. More specifically for buy and hold purchasing?

Thanks!

Quote from @Colleen F.:

@Brandon Roundtree  if you are renting by the room advertise each room seperately.   Room rental in a 3 bed/3bath home.  If you have an inlaw suite you advertise  a 2/2 and disclose you are occupying an onsite inlaw suite.  Or say owner occuppied house share etc.

This helped so much, thanks a lot!!

So I'm going to begin house-hacking a single family 3 bed 3 bath home here in the next month. When posting about the two vacant rooms available to rent, do I advertise a 2/2 even though the home is a full 3/3? Or do I still advertise 3/3 and inform those who are interested that the I, the landlord is occupying one room?

Thanks!

Needing a template of a 30 day move out notice so that it's worded professionally and as clear as possible to my tenants. If anyone has any they could share that would be great!

Hello everyone, I'm getting started with my first property and will have two tenants as I house hack the third room. With me being a first-time landlord, I was wondering what books are recommended to read to prepare me to manage my property as best fit.

Thanks!

Thanks! In addition to my question, if I'm in the process of closing on a house. Should I wait to open that new bank account?

Should you open up a separate bank account from your personal when investing in residential real estate?
