Post: Investor-Friendly land builders in Charlotte NC

Do you guys know or recommend any investor-friendly builders specialized in building homes on vacant lots interested in buying land from wholesalers in Charlotte NC?

Any title companies in Houston TX that close on properties that have judgements against a property purchased from a bank auction?

I have a deal under contract and a very small title company I was working with couldn't close on the deal. The recent owner disappeared.

I need to find an investor-friendly title company. I am in the process of getting a property under contract. What is the best recommendation?

I'm asking this question because I'm trying to locate an investor-friendly closing/title Company that work with creative investors. Handle Double Closings or concurrent closings. BACK TO Back closings.

Any clue on where I could locate a lis of properties that has code violations? Preferably in Houston TX?

Anybody have an idea of the best title company that works on assignment and double-closing contracts; works with wholesalers? In the Houston market.

Anybody have any clue on what resources I should use  when it comes to contacting vacant property owners about vacant properties I found while driving for dollars. Real phone numbers and all. I used white pages but they're not picking up.

Anybody used this software before? How much did it cost to use their direct mailing tool, or is it included with the monthly costs?
