Educational question. New to wholesaling and trying to figure out my market. Anybody can give me a few pointers on what should be done in this field if you don't have access to the MLS. How can this be done, perhaps REDFIN? Not sure. I'm trying to figure out the Houston Market.

Mark Harris What do you mean when you stated "have an idea of what you need to have it under?

Ok, so this will be my first-ever appointment to meet with seller. What to expect? What/who to bring? Do I have to determine the repair cost on my first visit? ANY TIPS?

Estimating rehab cost for wholesale deal.

In the process of meeting with a seller, I needed a quick tip on how to calculate the repair cost on a property?  How do I determined  if it need a basic repair  or an extensive repair?

I currently live in Houston and I'm just starting in real estate wholesaling. Any tips on connecting with Wholesalers in Houston to partner with?

Morning. It makes sense because you're only dealing with contracts. Good to know.

Ok, so I don't have my first deal yet, but I wanted to know how do I get funding to buy my first wholesaling deal,

so that I can know for future reference. What are the options? Hard money lenders? Investors? If I chose to go the investor route, how could I build a relationship around that investor, so that he/or she could help me buy my first deal?
