@Mark Berardi Hello. My name is Brandon Morris and I am fairly-well plugged in to the Indy REI community.

If you want to send your criteria or interests, I would be glad to share anything I come across that could be a good fit for your investment goals.

I'm always open to coffee or lunch as I love to share REI experiences and learn from other investors.

Cheers, and hope to hear from you.

I don’t have any experience with them personally but can vouch for Sterling from Ethosity Property Management.

He is the VP of the local REI Association and an all around great guy. I believe they do free assessments if you wanted to get a second opinion.

Hope this helps.

Ethan,

Thank you for your thoughtful response.

I am actually meeting with someone at a large local wholesaler to discuss what it takes to join the team as an AM as the previous opportunity seems to have fizzled out. Maybe for the best?

Hello,

I am going to interview later this week for a PT position cold-calling homeowners for a well-established local real estate group here in Indianapolis, IN.

The position is commission-only and I would like to understand the pay scale percentage range for this type of position.

To clarify, I would be calling owners of off-market properties and receive commission if the acquisition team is able to close a deal that I initiate.

I think it would be good experience to gain and would only be doing it on a PT basis evenings / weekends a couple times a week.

Any guidance the BP community is able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

Noah,

Hello!

I am in the same stage of my REI journey and also actively seeking small multi-families in the Indianapolis area. The others have mentioned some great neighborhood suggestions and I would add that there are some blocks / neighborhoods on the Near Eastside that are heading in the right direction.

I am definitely interested in a meetup but wanted to mention one recommendation I didn't see posted: There is an organization called CIREIA you may want to look into. They offer a number of REI-focused meetups and some niche-specific 101-level sessions. I attended the Flip-A-Rama this past weekend and it was very informative. 90% of the people I've met through this organization have been friendly and helpful, and I believe you would benefit form checking out a meetup.

I will DM you my contact info if you want to tag along with me sometime.

PS- I am also interested in starting a rookie-level mastermind type group locally, to help one another stay accountable to our goals and active in their pursuits.

@Alexander Felice

Indianapolis-based aspiring investor here. If there is anything I can do to help the production let me know, even if it’s fetching coffee.

I just want the opportunity to listen and learn. Thanks.
