I just had a contractor tell me that I have a old meter can and that I need a riser on. There is currently no meter in the meter can and I just wanna know if he is telling the truth. I am in Detroit as well if that makes a difference

 i just messaged the guy and he says there are no up front fees such as Origination fee, registration fee, Cost of Transfer fee etc

i am looking to get financing in detroit so i can acquire 3 more rental properties. (already have 2). So my question is has anyone ever used  http://www.corporatefundgroup.com/ i got a message from someone over there and there rates are from %4.99-%12, application process looks pretty simple but i dont want to get scammed. please tell me your experiences and what you guy think?? -brandon

If you can get %4 for a hard money loan then you have hit the jackpot, if you did any research you would know that hard money comes with a high premium (usually %12 interest). Dont get scammed and remember hard money comes at a high premium compared to a regular line of credit or a bank loan.

hi everyone, i am looking for financing to acquire 3 rental properties in detroit.
