Reviewing the bylaws and associations docs are the only way to know how to insure a condo properly. I am pretty familiar with these types of policies, we insure over 500 condo associations in the twin cities so I review these documents on a daily basis...

If you are only interested in the tri at this time, I would be willing to purchase the 6 after seeing the address and a few of the numbers. Under contract on a 6 right now as well in Minneapolis.
