Realtor Recommendations in Minneapolis?

Hi, team.

My name is Luke Diamond, and I’m a new investor in Minneapolis, MN. 

I am planning to purchase a tri- or four-plex within 15 minutes driving distance of downtown Minneapolis before July 31, but I’m not familiar with realtors/real estate offices in the area.

What are local investors’ recommendations for choosing a realtor? And what are general seasoned investors’ counsel for choosing a realtor for your first purchase?
