Hi all! 

Trying to become a lot more involved on Bigger Pockets as it seems to be the way to go these days when trying to connect globally. Especially after hearing that podcast on Long Distance Investing by David Greene (just ordered his book as well), incredible episode. 

Looking to purchase SF rentals in the Round Rock area in the near future. Trying to find connections out there as I am based out of Southern California.

Hi there,

I am currently in the market to invest in Real Estate. 

In the past I have only done private deals but looking to expand my network to Bigger Pockets and see what is out there. 

My goal is to find a property in the $250K range and purchase using a 3% conventional. 

Any tips or insight would be greatly appreciated!
