@Justin Thorpe very true, if your money is sitting for ‘x’ amount for years, it’ll be nice getting that appreciation during those long years.

@Henry Lazerow wow that is definitely something to look out of. When you say the high risk areas don’t cash flow because of problems, are these problems because of poor tenants?

@Dion Jacobs thanks Dion for the advice. And that is very true, no one knows what will come in the future ( especially this January with evictions)

So I am going to focus more on the cash and less on speculation!
