Hi, Thank you for responding. Yes, So i have recently purchased a multi-family home. One of the apartments is fully renovated. I'm looking to compare systems with more experience individuals in this field.  I hear individuals that rent their available room to traveling nurses and even college students on the bigger pockets podcast. Is there a specific website where i could find these tenants or the best bet would be a platform such as Facebook or Craiglist?

I'm looking into purchasing a 3 family home in New Bedford Massachusetts. I'm still doing research to determine if this a good area to purchase since the homes are more affordable.
