Ben, I was told Jones Lumber Company - Ft. Pierce, FL by my contractor should have some in stock. I don't have their number but just Google their name and they will pop up. Good luck. Let me know how it goes.

Hello Ben, I'm in need of trusses myself for a SFH I just purchased. I'll be talking with my contractor tomorrow. He has a place that he purchases them from in Saint Lucie County, FL. I'll keep you in the loop once he shares the name of the Lumber Company.

@AC C., I'm not sure if you are still apart of this group. It has a been a long time since your original post. I'm in the same boat as you were 6yrs ago. I wanted to find out your outcome and what you would suggest I try. I'm trying to avoid the seasoning period with a cash-out refi regarding new construction for an investment property. Thanks.

I have two parcels which are .25 acres each in a area developing at a rapid speed less than 1.5 miles to the beach in Florida. I'm still interviewing General Contractors to build two houses on these lots. My plan is to STR one of the houses and rent out the second one while I get my feet wet trying to STR for the first time. There is high demand for STR in my area. My question is to see what others experiences have been with completing a construction loan? What was the process and what to expect with the construction process with this type of loan. I have completed a rehab loan before. Thanks for your support.

@Sam Ally, I found this old thread regarding Fort Pierce. Are you still a lender? I would like to connect with you, if so. Thanks.
