@Darren Sager I would love to purchase a property in the area.  I own in Manhattan, where prices are through the roof, as I'm sure you know.  While I could surely gain greater rents, I'd have to come up with the money first.  In the short term I'd like to focus on on buy & hold in a lower market with the ling term focus where I live!

Hello All, 

My name is Brandon Cohen, a real estate salesperson in NYC (Manhattan/Brooklyn).  I love helping my clients, and am looking to get started on my own, most likely in other markets simply because the cost is less.  

A client of mine here introduced me to a turnkey company in the Midwest and says he's had success with it.  Basically you buy the property, they manage 100% and you have positive cash flow each month, supposedly.  Anyone have experience with this before?
