I'm starting out my REI journey this month. I was explaining direct mail marketing to my wife and we are trying to figure out what is a good amount of money to invest in that portion of the business. I know it differs for everyone and depends on circumstances. I'm starting driving for dollars today and am using an app for mailers. I'd love to hear your suggestions. Hey folks, my name is Brandon Corcoran and I live in the San Bernardino mountains out here in southern California.  My Cousin turned my on to the Podcast about a week ago and I have been listening ever since.  It didn't take very long for me to get hooked.  My family and I just moved back up on the mountain and I just got back into the family Drywall business.  I'm sure like many of you,  that once I started listening to the podcast and reading these books on real estate I cant get it out of my head.  I'm eager to learn more about the market where I'm at and find out what the best moves will be for me moving forward.  Have a great night!
