 Jennifer, I am complicated when it comes to comparing me to others in the wholesaling industry. As an extreme introvert, it is vital to me that I virtual wholesale in better markets. But I come to the table with a history of computers, and using it myself while in diapers. I learned website design, development, and online marketing in all aspects. In other words, I get a lot of my leads from online marketing which I do on a regular daily basis naturally. It may be a better idea to learn from someone else who focuses more heavily on the standard yellow letter, post card, and bandit sign methods.

Does anyone know what the market looks like in Fries, VA? I may have a deal out there but hesitant to lock it up without any set cash buyers out in that specific town.
