I looked at a move in ready duplex today. It was two units upstairs and the first floor was 4 separate garages.  Anyone have experience renting garages? How much could I charge? Can there be cars stored below an apartment?  Thanks!

Hey Everyone!

Anyone know if I can refinance my single family home that is currently gutted? Called one bank and they said I needed a functional kitchen and bathroom. Is this the same for all banks?

what are my options?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello fellow  Bp-ers!

I've been pre-approved, and have the mls listing for all the multifamily's in  my desired location.

Now what do I do? how do I get the details about the propertys? (Trash, water bils, etc.)

I plan on doing an owner occupy. From what I've seen the rents are higher in the duplexs vs. 3-4 units. Is the Standard?

Hello everyone!

I've been looking to buy my first 3-4 unit property, on the way to look at these mid priced property I pass many new, fancy, apartment complexs. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the new complexs making it harder to rent out smaller multifamily properties? Or should I just take that as a sign that my area is growing?

@Scott weaner I thinking about doing a small bay window. I'm sure they make a casement bay window combo! I'll keep that advice in mind!
